*Turnaround Time*

Typical turnaround time for a gold or platinum ring is three to five weeks because it must be custom made, or under three weeks if made in the US.

Silver jewelry is typically in-stock. I will either ship it myself as soon as possible from my home, or instantly from the warehouse I rent, depending on the item.

Gold jewelry is manufactured by my partner Andy from AMZ Jewlers in Bangkok, Thailand. He and his team are expert craftsman and offer exceptional value, which helps me pass the savings on to you.

If you prefer to have it made in the USA, I can have your gold and platinum jewelry made in the Diamond District, Manhattan for an additional charge of $200, to account for labor and the premium cost and fast turnaround of US jewelry fabrication. Silver and brass/bronze jewelry is manufactured by partners in India, China, and Thailand.

Plastic bracelets are 3d printed in China.

All designs are made in my home in Newark, New Jersey. Like Apple, designed in the USA, manufactured around the world.

*Return Policy*

There are no returns on custom rings, but if the ring does not fit, or if there is a defect, Baroque++ will repair it for you free-of-charge in the Diamond District in Manhattan. I will email you a return label.

Silver, base metal jewelry, and plastic jewelry may be returned within 15 days if it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The buyer pays shipping.
