These sterling silver snowflakes ornaments are one-of-a-kind, no two are the same. I wrote an algorithm based on the work of Kenneth Libbrecht to grow an infinite variety of snowflakes. After generating thousands of them I handpicked my favorites to realize in sterling silver. Each wax is individually 3d printed and cast in sterling silver using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. Excellent holiday gift for humanists, Jewish people, Buddhists, or Christians. Everyone loves a snowflake!

Sterling silver tarnishes. It is simply what silver does when it meets air, and an ornament will darken between seasons.

Rub it with a silver polishing cloth before you hang it and it comes back in a minute. The rest of the year, keep it in its pouch or in a small zip bag with the air pressed out.
